This blog post is your complete guide to migrating from our old Wix-based XPro/EPB subscription system to the new Drip-powered platform. Hey XPfamily – it’s finally here! After months of hard work, testing, and problem-solving, we’re ready to launch our new subscription system. In this post, I’ll walk you through what’s changing, how the new system works, what you need to do, and where to go if you need help. I’ll also include screenshots and links throughout to make the process as smooth as possible.
For a long time, we’ve been battling bots that found ways to get around our Wix-based system. Even after multiple attempts at building homegrown fixes, the problem kept coming back. We also explored Shopify, but because of its massive popularity, bots are constantly targeting and breaking through its defenses too.
That’s why we built something different. Today, we’re excited to launch our new subscription system on Drip – a closed network with advanced security measures designed specifically to protect drops and scale with our community. This is the upgrade that ensures you’ll always have the best XPERIENCE anywhere!
On September 10th 12:01 am EST XPro and EPB subscriptions will start to be canceled on our old system in preparation for the migration and so that no customers are charged going forward (avoiding double charge and refund needed). Anyone who already has accessed to XPro/EPB because their in the midst of their month will have full access to the new Drip Drops feature and your first Drip charge will happen on your monthly anniversary date.
Here’s what you need to do to keep your XPro or EPB membership active:
Migration Window:
Starts: TBD (between 9/10 - 9/13) at 10 PM EST
Ends: TBD (48 hours only after start)
You’ll see a SUBSCRIBE button on our Drip profile when the window opens.
Choose Your Subscription:
XPro – $14.99/month
EPB – $54.95/month + tax + shipping (includes all XPro benefits at no extra cost)
Exclusive Access for Current Members:
The subscription page is locked to the public. Only current XPro and EPB members can subscribe during this migration period.
Match Your Email:
Your Drip account email must match the one you used for XPro/EPB. This is how the system recognizes you.
Want to upgrade from XPro → EPB or downgrade from EPB → XPro? This is your chance!
Billing Cycle:
You won’t be charged immediately.
Your billing will continue on your normal renewal date.
Example: If you last paid on August 22nd, your next charge will be September 22nd.
What If Wix Still Renews?
We’ve turned off all recharges on Wix, but if for any reason your Wix subscription does renew by mistake, don’t panic.
Just send us an email at Help@xpcollect.com with the subject line:
Sub Error Renewal: (Insert Order Number or XPro here)
Our team will take care of it and make sure you’re squared away.
Important:
If you don’t migrate during the 48-hour window, your subscription will not renew and your spot will be lost. We cannot guarantee help after the deadline.

Head to the Drip Migration channel.
The Drip team has 4 dedicated staff members in there ready to help in real-time.
They’ll walk you through opening a ticket and resolving any issues.
Look for their special Drip role (blue and yellow gradient name with a Drip icon) so you know you’re talking to the right people.
This migration is critical. Our Mega Evolution drop goes live on September 12th at 10 PM EST, and you won’t be able to participate unless you’ve successfully migrated your subscription.
